Why does no one talk about this boxer, I have never seen a single thread on him. He won the world title in his 13th fight, made 16 defences of his WBO flyweight title, moved up and won the WBO super flyweight title and has made 8 defences and counting. He's a top world class fighter who has been in 27 world title fights winning 26 of them. OK he had an off night against Donaire but he was never a bantamweight, and has come back from that loss. He's a a very exciting fighter to watch who fights regularly as well, so why no threads/praise, etc I don't understand, some other lower weight fighters get talked about here so you can't blame his weight category. Surely Narvaez should be close to the top 10 p4p rankings yet I never see his name mentioned, he should be top 20 p4p at least.

    i agree with everything
but I think Donaire was simply to big for him

it's amazing how so called hardcore boxing fans have never heard of him, hes been in over 20 world title fights and won all but 1 of them

Narvaez is damn good. Amazing career when you think about it. Argentinian who took minimal punishment while defending his titles among the number of defenses of ATG's. We'd be talking about something really special had he beaten Donaire and won Fighter of the Year that year.

This guy is very underrated. One of the most frustrating boxers to fight. Great defense!

Just look how he frustrated Runaire and exposed Nonaire as a one hit wonder. I was

actually surprised Nonaire looked good against Rigo. But looked terrible against Narvaez.

he is a wbo version of chris john. just content to defend his trinket belt forever vs joe average challengers and never fighting another belt holder.
yes he is a good boxer....but he fails when daring to be great

he's beat anyone in his DIVISION, don't judge him on one fight
If youd watched his fights you'd know he has fought some good fighters just because they are not big names doesn't mean they are crap

you do realise guys like Narvaez and John have to face mandatory challengers, theyve both beaten countless mandatory challengers, usually mandatories are good fighters
