@elmaldito, either way he was robbed and golden boy paid judges didn't help trout also. Soon as i seen it was in texas i was like trout will need a ko just to get a draw. The 12th round could have been scored a 10-8 in favor of trout because canelo didn't do sh** but run and trout was landing solid shots the whole round.

NO wonder some of you scored it for Trout, you have no idea how to score a round.

That is the main reason why this fight will be tough for any Gambler or Floyd. Canelo may get the close rounds (if there are any). After the fight with the Ghost was a bust he needs to convince people. If Floyd ever needed to win big it is this fight.

I know years back we went life and death over the Larry Mosley bout but I agree that Canelo punches himself out. I think it has to do with his breathing and how he depended on cutting water weight.

I am optimistic because he is not wearing sauna suits which is a good indicator that he will come in lighter and faster in this match.

What makes you think Vegas will side with Canelo on a close enough round?

Mayweather is responsible for selling alot of big fights there, I would think Judges might side with him.

On the other hand Vegas might decide that Canelo is the next big star and give him the close rounds, what I'm saying however is that its not a given that Canelo would be given the benefit of the doubt.

What the hell are you talking about? Canelo sure has experience. He was sucking wind and dealing with Trout. He went through that and still found a way to win. The experience of going through that can only benefit Canelo in making sure during training camp to take care of that ever happening again.

He should have learned from that experience and I'm sure will try to correct it.

Fact, Canelo has the experience! :deal

    Little Cinnabuns isn't a counterpuncher:deal

Do ya'll even watch him figth or just look at him and marvel at his complexion and red hair?

Trout had Canelito RUNNING because every time they got close.... Trout laced his soft belly with jabs and straight rights.

Alvarez does a POOR JOB PROTECTING HIS BODY that is why he gasses:hi:
He's right there for Mayweather's signature punch:

The jab to the Solar Plexis.

Floyd is going to beat the shi.t outta' this kid.:deal

well i dont know if floyd is going to beat the **** out of canelo as that outcome, imo, will only happen if canelo gasses out.

in the thrity years that i have been following the fight game(mma /boxing) i have never seen so much hype, albeit the majority from fans that are relatively new to the sport and pretty much clueless, around a fighter that simply has so many flaws and such a limited skillset.

canelo throws a good hook and good combos(in limited supply) and thats about it.

since he lacks no real one-punch power he could make up for it with output(700+punches/fight) but he has yet to be able to do that nor will he be able to.

a guy that relies on a hook without fight ending power and that is burdened wiht short legs and bad footwork is a fighter that will not be around the fight game for very long.

    Canelo has a chance.

I'm sort of thinking Tyson Fury vs Cunningham.

    Think about it.

I love people even pretending that trout won that fight....even trout knew (and said) he got THOROUGHLY beaten.

Trout was a FAR better opponent than any floyd has fought since JLC.

Austin trout was better than any single fighter on floyds resume since he left LW. Please tell me how im wrong:yep:hi:
