Campillo completely outclassed Cloud, beat the crap out of him...........and everyone saw it too.............
Black, white, yellow.. ****ing green I don't care? If you can fight you can fight end of situation.. Your remarks are disgusting and your a racist! That drop of black blood you talk about is my mother you stupid *****! As for not rating white fighters? Is it even worth me saying but I have huge levels of admiration for any fighter who steps in a ring regardless of ethnic origin or anything else, I personally don't class myself as black or white, I class myself as a good person, I class you as a piece of **** for saying what you've said.. Lets get something straight on why I rated Dawson so highly! Pre Andre Ward he was without doubt the best 175lbs fighter on the planet, names such as Adamek, Johnson, Tarver, Hopkins etc he cleaned out a division, he went down in weight and it didn't work out for him.. Lets see who's willing to face him now he's no longer a champion.. He got wiped out by Stevenson cos IMHO he showed him no respect and didn't rate him as he said in various press interviews before the fight.. He paid the price for that.. As your name suggests your a ****ing troll who hasn't the balls to say what you've said to my face, if you ever happen to bump into me be sure to say hello and ask how that drop of black blood flowing through my veins is doing you bellend! :nono
I fully agree he beat Cloud all day long, Cloud cannot deal with lateral movement and a decent jab.. I think Campillo probably hates the game now, he's been robbed so many times, Murat,Cloud,Shumenov.. Is he preparing like he was these days? The Kovalev , Fonfara fights tells me he's had enough, Fonfara is nothing special.. People have taken my comments completely out of context, I've never stated Kovalev is shite, I stated he's extremely powerful but like I've also said he is far from unbeatable, people like Campillo, White, Clev can all see his weaknesses hence why they took the fight. He's not avoided what so ever but it's gonna take someone who can stick to a game plan and someone who can make him think twice about just rushing in and clubbing away.. Time will tell but I feel he's far from unbeatable :good
i been watching your posts..some good points you make..before reading your posts i must say i didnt think much of you, but i see more of the man now...i like the way you think. that being said, after you fight stevenson in december(or whenever it is going to be)please come back on here, win or loose, and please tell us what you think of stevenson after being in the ring with him. ive seen him in training (before kronk), as well as have seen pascal and bute numerous times in fights and pascal training as well...all in person ofcourse..and here is my take on the 3(since they all in the same weight as you now) bute is by far the better skilled man, with good boxing and finness..but not the best defence, needs to work on power, and defence...footwork is ok but could be better pascal is the best athlete by far, meaning he is not the best boxer, nor most technically sound, he dont hit like a ton of bricks either...but being the athlete he is he he could have become pro in any sport he put his mind to..not by natural talent, but by pur hard work and his athleticism.. stevenson has the least skills in the ring...hits like a mack truck...but is a natural fighter...this is what makes him dangerous, his natural instinct when in danger..ect...just like any fgighter who grew up doing bussiness in the streets, you gotta fight to stay on top..you have a natural hunger to have what you never had...to have what you seen others have when growing up...ect.. bute beats pascal(we will see this soon...hope bute is back to old self, iif not pascal pulls it off) stevenson beats pascal(good friends, and fight would never happen unless both had titles) stevenson beats bute(have sparred together before..bute did not like stevensons power and opted for diff training partner) now as for kovalev...i think he brutally ko bute early kovalev - pascal is a toss up, pascal as we know is a granite chin warrior, that can go 12 rounds in a slug fest (froch)..so the question is can kovalev last? stevenson vs kovalev as well is a tossup...can kovalevs chin hake a solid hit? can his body go 12 rounds slugging(like stevenson with george)?
The best skill of Kovalev is his Balance (he can throw big shots while moving, especially the right Hand) and ist his sense of distance. Always knows when to Punch and how to get away from Punch distance. Cleverly tried to jab. He almost didnt land one jab. Why? Because Kovalev is very good in getting out of your punching reach. You see it so many times with russian fighters! They are very good in moving in and out. Very strong. This guy will be very hard to beat. Every fighter can be beaten. But Kovalev is a very very hard fight for anybody. Cleverly looked like a low Level fighter compared to Kovalev. At least Cleverly was able to make two rounds without getting hit with big shots but as soon Kovalev started to be more offensive it was all over.
All I know is the light heavyweight scene is looking interesting. Good fights to be made even with the losers of recent fights: Cleverly, Cloud, Dawson... Stevenson is a fighter to me whom is dangerous if your not prepared, a bit like Tua. If you come in foolish with your chin in the air then night night... Bellew must show a boxer's patience and strategy, keep moving and respect Adonis at all times. I think he can win a comfortable UD.
You speak a lot of sense, I really rated Bute before the Froch fight but the Andrade fight showed he's mentally not tough enough especially in the heat of battle, he has skills and power to burn IMO but just lacks something, Pascal I've seen for many years, I actually sparred with him before he went the Commenwealth games, he's a brilliant athlete but another who I feel maybe doesn't really wanna have hard fights anymore, things he does like gambling silly amounts of money in casinos and throwing away money in night clubs, does he wanna be a fighter or just famous? As for Stevenson, I detest what he was but think he's an animal of a fighter with a serious punch.. I think he enjoys fighting and gets a kick out of it, very similar to myself.. I also feel he's a bully though and no bully likes to take it back or doesn't like getting his own way.. He's yet to be taken into the deep end IMO and I feel when he is he'll be drowned. That's my version anyway pal..:good
If you fight to his strengths he'll make everyone look easy, I don't think for 1 min he'll dispose of Hopkins like that.. He reminds me very much of Kelly Pavlik.. Not the biggest 1 punch hitter but extremely heavy handed with a good engine.. As we found with Pavlik though, can he adapt? That is yet to be seen, for now he looks impressive against people who stand in front of him..:good
yes i agree with you very much....pascal's idol was rjj...the flashy style...he now see's mayweather....basicly pascal has an inferiority complex, he wants to be the big this everyone is tlking about, and becomes jeleous when he see's someone out do him...just look at the b-hop fight, when bhop started doing pushups, pascal jumped dowed and (tried) to start doing 1 handers, as if to out do him...it was a pathetic attempt... what i can say for your fight with stevenson...just watcj for the basics, stevenson is a young 35...can go 12 rounds and still have energy ion the 12th...but his best punch is the simple 1-2...he basicly uses his right jab to blind you and then comes in with a huge left...unlike what most thing, he can punch of his back foot, if you look at the dawson fight, dawson was using his jab being the agressor, keeping stevenson on his back foot, when adonis ko dawson he was swinging from his back foot...so much power in the punch that if you look closely you can see when stevenson conects he is off balance and the contact of the punch throws dawson to the ground and pushes stevesnon back... to be honest we have not sen much of stevensons skills, other than the george fight, reason being most his fights end with that famous 1-2...jesus gonzalez, noe gonzalez, chad dawson...ect..i think he willl continue to progress because he has much to learn..how to beat him i got not much to offer...but i think distance is key...keeping a distance where he cant hit you...and lateral movement, stick n move.. either way, good luck, and if your fight with adonis is in montreal ill be there to watch...GL..and please i would really like to hear an honest opinion of what you think of him after the fight..win or loose...i hate interviews where the guy doing the interview is asking what he wants and controles the ointerview...i would much rather hear in the fighters own words and context of his thoughts on what happened...the way you talk you seem to be an honest guy...meaning your there to fight, win or loose, you dont back down, you just fight your best and put your pride on the line.... a not very well known fighter, but who i really admire...is dave hiltons father...this guy would take a last minute fight, drive 12 hrs with the wife and kids in the car, get there, ko the guy in less than a round and then drive back...back then it was about pride...today its about money and cherry picking....paper titles and tv network wars...
Agreed on Hopkins, although he has to show his age at some point... I'd disagree on Pavlik, I think he is better than Pavlik and more powerful, he's been knocking guys out early who have good chins. Cleverly is wide open and does like to brawl, which is foolish, but before this fight he was able to do that and didn't look like getting knocked out...as a lot of fighters fall in love with their power, I think he thought his chin was better than it is and didn't bother honing his defensive skills. Good luck in your next fight, really hope you can win your first world title for Britain!
I agree. I would never think that Hopkins would look that weak against Kovalev. It would go 12 rounds everything else would suprise me. But with Pavlik we all know that he had some big Problems outside the ring. Kovalev on the other Hand "Looks" very determined. I mean he killed a guy in the ring and still went on with boxing. I dont know how many fighters would go on after such a tragedy. I did expect much more from Cleverly. Just look how he was stopped. It all began when he stood there in front of Kovalev with his Hand down. Because he didnt bring them back up after throwing a few punches. Didnt thought he would make such a mistake against a big Puncher like Kovalev.:-(
Cleverly was just a ****y twat at the end of the day...feel for him but it's true at the end of the day...hope he learns from his mistakes.
