Canelo is the harder puncher though

  4. Floyd has faced better opposition, Canelo's best opposition is Trout, everybody else he has faced are c and d level fighters, with the exception of Mosley, but he was past his prime. Canelo didn't knock out Trout, Canelo's power is overrated.

  5. His power is overrated, he doesn't have one punch ko power, his knockouts come from accumulated damage.

And what do Floyd's come from, 1 punch KO's?

  7. True statement.:thumbsup

  8. No, but look at the opposition he has faced and compare them to the opposition Canelo has faced. Who's resume looks better?

Canelo doesn't have devastating power, the only reason people see it as an advantage vs FLoyd is because Cinnamon will outweigh him by like 15-20 lbs on fight night

Canelos a strong powerful guy that alto he has stamina issues seems to keep his power the full 12rds. But he's also faced a lot of blown up welterweights and no body's. you don't want to discredit his ko's, but maybe we shouldn't be comparing ko's to ko's between canelo and mayweather. It's seems this is the only stat that canelo on paper is better then mayweather so it's brought up.

  14. So, he's had 43 fights just 1 less than Floyd. He's 23 and if you compare what both fighters accomplished up to that age, Floyd's resume look's better.
