Wow. This thread is like the twilight zone. Are there people who think that Fury can actually win? What fighter have they been watching?

I get the impression that if Cunnigham can flatten Fury, then one good connect by Haye and Fury goes to sleep. I don't see Fury surviving a shot like Valuev took from Haye :nono

On the other hand, if Fury gets away with those alley way tactics (elbows, head butts. head locks, forearm smashes...) then I can see Haye losing by KO and possibly getting badly hurt.

I'm gonna' bet Haye runs like he did with Valuev and Wlad but finally scores a KO with one wicked shot around the 6th or 7th :hat

:rofl 45 fight career and retired and you labored to list Monte Barrett, Larry Donald and Liakovich as examples?
Fury just turned 25 and has 21 fights.
Chagaev has always been overrated garbage. whats his biggest win to date?? Ruiz? CRAP....
Fury will beat up this heavyweight fraud who has done nothing but run his mouth since turning heavyweight 5 years ago with all of 5 fights.
    :-(

I agree I never understood why people seem to think the fight was controversial, for me Haye won convincingly.

Haye clearly has to be a big favourite over Fury. He's fought at a higher level and is miles better than anyone Fury has fought so far and Fury has not always been convincing in his victories. He struggled with Cunningham who does not have the weapons like Haye to hurt Fury, but Fury still got dropped.

You look at Fury he's uncoordinated, slower, less powerful, easier to hit. Fury only has size and stamina as clear advantages and does anyone really think he can outbox Haye? Fury is too inconsistent with his jab, too immobile too easy to hit.

Fury struggled with the worst version of Chisora, while Haye KO'ed a better Chisora which also suggests Haye should be favourite.

Fury off course has a punchers chance and his size and strength could be a factor if it somehow goes late but Haye has to be the clear favourite.

Ok on one side you have a fighter with a glass jaw and limited experience on the other side you have a puncher with pretty good experienece and very good speed.

Valuev was much bigger than Fury and had never been hurt before. Fury is glass jawed and easier to get to. Still should be a great fight :)

The anti-everyone comments on this thread are utterly pathetic so far. Isn't anyone even slightly happy that two of the division's top ten names are going to fight soon? Even slightly? Maybe thinks both of the names are good fighters and that the outcome presents a modicum of interest or may result in a positive for the sport? No? I personally think neither have glass jaws or are frauds. I know that's crazy and I should be put in a home but there you have it. Tricky Woo's gone flop bot. Boom. Tadow.

    :yep:good

Haye knocks out Fury in the early rounds, no doubt. I think Haye beats Wlad in rematch too.

I have said this before, not an easy fight for Haye.
    Fury has 7 inch reach,5 inch height,30+lbs,younger,undefeated.
on paper Fury has many advantages.
