Can someone who knows a little more about business explain why Fraank would do this?
" As a result of this new partnership, and due to the substantial amounts of money being owed to W. Promotions, I will now place W. Promotions into voluntary administration."

This is big news for British Boxing and will establish Frank as the Number 1 boxing promoter in Britain again.

Getting Bill Ives involved is a massive coup especially as his personal fortune is worth over £250 million and he's a massive boxing fan too.

Also didn't realise Frank had another son apart from Francis...George W looks like a GQ model, bet Eddie Hearn is gutted!

Is £250 all it takes to be considered rich these days then?

Fair enough i did leave out the million part before but now Bill Ives is on board they've got a major cash cow to make the big fights happen and put on more British boxing shows which is good news for the fans and especially BOXNATION subscribers who will get even better shows not only from Britain but the very best International fights too all for £10 a month.

That would indicate he can't pay his bills due to money owed, you wouldn't usually wind up a company on this basis but take your debtors to court and we know Warranator loves legal proceedings! More like he owes more money out than he has owed to him and can't pay his debts so he will do his usual, wind up and start again

Yeah I read the only way to pursue it is a civil action suit. He will probably turn it in now
