How many more years goes by until you admit Wlad Ks chin isn't a big weakness?

Well it is a big weakness. It will always be. He just makes sure its never unveiled, so he doesnt let his potential weakness become an active weakness.

I have been watching Vlad fight since he won the gold medal in 1996. I have all his and Vitali's fights. Vlad has been hit by some huge punches and it didn't bother him, even a huge headbutt! In the Puritty fight Vlad had diarrhea, did not train properly because he and Vitali were promoting that fight. It was not his chin that caused his corner to throw in the towel, it was his stamina. This fight was stopped in the 11th round. Vlad only weighed 236lbs. for the fight because of his illness. He made no excuses though, it was his fault. Vitali later fought Puritty and was the first to stop him. I felt sorry for Puritty, he was beaten badly. Right after that fight Vlad was the first to stop Axel Schultz, who had an iron chin. He stopped Schultz in the 8th round. George Foreman was beaten up badly by Axel Schultz, but was given a split decision win. The decision was so bad that the IBF ordered a rematch. Foreman gave up his title rather than rematch Schultz. Yet Vlad stopped Schultz, Foreman could not. The Sanders fight was right after Vlad had stopped a prime McCline. He did not train for the fight hardly at all, much less spar, esp. with a southpaw. He fought Sanders when Sanders was in the best condition of his career. He had been training for months. He was going to fight Valouev in South Africa, but Kohl ordered Vlad to fight Sanders whom Vlad had never seen before. Vlad made no excuses. Vlad got up, never stayed down and it was a TKO, not KO. Vlad has never been KO'd, Lewis was KO'd by Rahman and TKO'd by McCall. In the Brewster fight Vlad was drugged. After Vlad finally got a rematch with Brewster, Vlad stopped Brewster in the 8th round. It was no contest. Brewster was not in Vlad's class. I am tired of posting all the evidence that was presented by a very well known attorney, so I will not post it again, too much trouble. Extreme hatred/prejudice blinds people, so no matter what you do, they will never believe the truth. Vlad just wanted to know why he was almost in a diabetic coma when he has never had high blood sugar and has never had such even to this day. Steward said that Vlad's chin was goodl Steward also said that the loss was due to an outside influence.............Vlad later decided to just move ahead. You won't see them fight in Vegas again though...........

 

One or two. Of course, his chin isn't THAT bad that he can't take one or two shots. But it's still a bad chin. You can't grow a chin. It will always be what it is, just as sure as his height will never change.

 

He didn't take the Wach shot very well, lucky it landed at the end of the round!

 

He took it well, his legs didn't buckle, he instantly regained composure after it landed and continued kicking Wach's arse for the remainder of the round, then for the rest of the fight.

You made it sound like Wlad was lying against the ropes half conscious with his arms down by his side and the bell went just before Wach landed the killer blow.

 

Maybe, but I'm not convinced his chin was entirely at fault early in his career, seems more like stamina to me.

He looked exhausted in the moments before his stoppage losses, defence went out the window and he was a sitting duck.

 

When he got his against Haye he did hold and and he was like hit 3 times flush during the fight. Same goes for against Wach, his chin is **** but he's defense has gotten better.

 

He didnt look hurt to you in those fights? He looked very hurt to me; all the signs of someone who was hurt to the chin. Either way dude, hes Wlad and hes boss. At this point, he don't need a chin. He's been untouchable since he morphed into the post-Manny fighter that he became.

 

My point is, he didn't wobble. He held to nullify further attacks.

His chin is not necessarily great compared to the likes of his brother or say Oliver McCall, but I don't think he has a glass jaw, it appears decent or at very least average.

 

He did look hurt, of course, but he also looked out on his feet with exhaustion just before the shots landed.

Taking punches while exhausted magnifies the effect of the shots considerably, leading me to believe that his biggest problem was stamina, not punch resistance.
