Can you guys not read or understand anything?
Billy,Eddie and Alex have all said a rematch is fair and they were lucky, how is this wrong??

Did I say you have to agree with everything he said? No.

Im sorry mate but that is complete nonsense, Beltran would have been beaten clearly on points had the injury not occurred

  3. Only negative cos I speak up about the corruption in the sport which happened to involve your fighter.

Got nothing against Burns, good little fighter, tough as old boots and I have no doubt he would give Beltran a rematch.

Still doesn't change the fact that British boxing has got a massive problem with corrupt judges coming over and getting boxed off and corrupt refs on the take.

If you think that's negative then that's your problem, it's the fvcking truth at the end of the day.

Kudos for Nelson to put his point if view across, as some of the vile is way over the top.

I too had Burns losing, and by a few rounds, Beltran was unlucky, but that is not Ricky's or Billy's fault.

And whether people like it or not, I would except nothing else from Nelson other than to try and put a pro Burns spin on things. That is his job and where his emotional attachments lie. But to be fair to Billy he also made it clear he realizes that Burns was "a little fortunate".

I think Nelson to a degree knows he is fair game to some grief, but when it gets as bad as it has done by some round here over the last couple of days, you do wonder how much longer Billy will bother responding.

  5. Do you know that for a fact yeah ?

Billy.......to you think Ricky has been slapping a bit with his right in recen fights ?

I love his jab but the right just don't seem right...so to speak

Rickyshowed true guts, but Beltran should be the world champion......and a poor decision cost Beltran and his family hundreds of thousands AGAIN and that is sad

I'm a fan of Ricky by the way

  7. They've also said he has to come back to Scotland to do the rematch.. haha

And team Beltran have told them to shove it. Beltran should be the champ and it should be Burns asking for a fvcking rematch so please don't think I'm being negative by not being impressed by their half arsed gesture.

So you have a problem with the judges me and Ricky aren't judges,if you have nothing against me or Ricky go and read some of your sad little post over the last few days.
Contact the board and express your thoughts.
Your harping on about the result I'm saying a rematch will be granted what more can I say

Like he was winning his last fight aswell

Burns was blocking all night but when he opened up he got caught and even knocked down, with a fine jaw he would get knocked down 2-3 times hes way too open for the left hook counter

What was your score for the fight

  11. Yeah that was my point you balloon.

That doesn't mean people should accept the fact Beltran was robbed billy come on mate be fair.

  13. I see you didn't have a problem with the judges and by the sounds of it still don't... Mr " I think the decision was fair "...

If you actually give a **** about the sport you would be saying the exact same as me when it came to that judge who scored it for Burns by 2.

Instead you think by offering a rematch back in Scotland which they probably won't even take will brush it all under the carpet.

Good luck.... my opinion is you'd be better off coming out and speaking the truth instead of talking shite, go and watch that 3rd round and tell me Ricky did enough to take that round. Hahaha He got ****ing lamped in it.

That's a ridiculous statement though as the injury was caused by beltrans punches, it wasn't an accidental head clash. It occurred because Beltran was constantly tagging Ricky. You're basically saying that Ricky would have won if Beltran wasn't punching him in the face. You can say he would of done this or that if it weren't for his jaw being broken, but it was broken and we are looking at the fight that actually happened.

It's like saying khan would have beat Garcia had he not hit him in the face that hard. Hearns would have won a wide UD against hagler had hagler not hit him that many times round the head. Makes no sense to look at it like that as beltrans punches CAUSED the injury.

Ricky showed heart and courage like he always does. many fighters have quit with that type of injury and he battled through but the bottom line is he lost convincingly with most people scoring it between 115-112 and 118-109 and the judges need investigating as there is absolutely no way you can score that a draw. As for the judge who had burns 2 points ahead...he should never be allowed to score a fight again.
