    The only team that actually used the word scared was Team Pacquiao, Manny is "Scared of Needles" I dont believe Floyd is scared of making 40+ million, he rather enjoys making that kind of money in the ring... I am actually convinced Floyd wanted the fight with Manny much more than Manny wanted the fight with Floyd.

    Of course those people don't exist anymore and never did. Just like people didn't exist back when they demanded Mayweather fight Baldomir(the real champion at 147) when he fought Judah due to contractual settlement. Those people didn't exist either when they demanded Mayweather not move up to 154 and fight DLH for a fifth division title and preferred he fought Concreto(who's biggest win at the time was Andrew "Six Heads Zero Chins" Lewis). Don't worry, I'm just making things up for the hell of it.

    How was he done on an elite level when he was officially rated the #1 welterweight at the time?. I know Mosley wasn't in his prime but damaged goods?, no way.

    There are always a small bunch of people pissing against the wind.

    But don't act like it was the majority opinion because it wasnt. This board was overflowing with Pac v May threads for years.

    Well I didn't think his win over Cheato was going to equate to a win over MW .,The guys had already lost a few steps by the time he faced cheato and what followed after that fight proved it ..

    Nobody wanted him to fight Baldi, everybody wanted him to fight Margarito or Cotto. But Floyd is right, Puerto Rico is kind of far to fight. I would have cancel that fight also.

    Can tell you weren't watching boxing then bc Baldomire was the man who beat Zab and became the man at Welter and Floyd was criticized for not fighting him but he was obligated by contract.

    You talking about the same Cotto that Floyd told Bob he wanted 10 million for?

    The same Cotto who's team said he wasn't ready for Floyd?:patsch
