As Matthysse continues with his power streak, Alexander and Judah continue to look better. I had Judah by 1 point so that's an achievement while Alexander I had losing by 1 point but still pretty good.

The question is, should time come, will they take a rematch with the guy especially if he smashes Garcia.

If they got close to the 1.5 M payday that Garcia is getting, I imagine they would.

Would be good fights to "acclimate" to 147 if a fight with Mayweather was on the horizon (pure wishful speculation).

Didn't Matthyse drop Alexander for the first time in his career?

    Pretty good achievement i think.

I had Matthyse beating Judah 7-5 and beating Alexander 8-4 (i think)

Yeah he dropped Alexander in the 4th and Matthysse won several consecutive rounds off that momentum.

His fight with Alexander was only a 10 rounder so your score can't be correct. I could see 6-4 + the KD, but anything wider is selling Devon a bit short. He didn't quite do as well as Zab but still held his own in what should have been a defeat in my eyes.

The truth is that Alexander is overrated and lost against Lucas. He should keep quiet a bit.

Matthysse had good connect rate against Devon and didn't manage to stop him.

Devon knows better than anyone else on here, he's been in there with him.

Not overrated enough to drop him for the first time in his career though?

Either way, I think Matthyssé has improved since this fight (even more so since Judah) and seems much more patient in there. He's letting the knockouts come to him instead of chasing them.

Its amazing how many fans Matthysse has gained from beating weak chinned, but strong heart and decent recovery Peterson. I really wanted Lucas to win too, but now I want Danny to dominate this guy. I do think his power is being overrated. I think he has really good power but not the type people are going on about. this guy is not Trinidad... Trinidad deserved all the hype based on what his punches did to people... putting them down and out...

devon alexander's evaluation of power is misleading seeing that he has judge dredd's helmet as a skull.

It was a flash KD. Saying someones power is overrated is not the same as saying they dont have power. His power IS overrated, he doesnt have prime Trinidad power, but you would think he does by the way guys on this forum is acting. He doesnt have trinidad power, the type of power that ruins fighters punch resistance.
