Canelo needs to be set to create offense and have a fighter in front of him to let off his combinations. I see canelo using alot of built up anger to try to ko floyd every punch and in the process gassing worse than he did against trout. This fight will see if canelo has a mexican heart and how he responds to being down on the cards midway through the fight. I'm pumped for this fight, but in the end Canelo will come up short and floyd will put on a performance that will prove why he's the best P4P Boxer in the world.
That's the only way Canelo will get stopped. If he's incredibly foolish -- swinging at thin air against a mobile target like he was doing against Trout -- and having nothing left in the tank for later on. He'll be taking 2:30 mins off every round, and Mayweather can try and amp up his pot-shotting and walking down. But Canelo's made it clear that he's gonna' attempt to be smart.
Attempt to be smart? That right there is what's going to get him beat. He is going to try and out think Mayweather and that he can't do.
Canelo isn't a typical Mexican pressure fighter he's a boxer puncher he can't fight a fight coming forward and applying pressure and be willing to eat shots that's not his style nor does he have the stamina to do it. What he will do is try to box which plays right into PBF's hands he can't outbox PBF after a slow 3 rounds from PBF he will figure Canelo out outbox him and take him to school. This is an easy fight to call. People thinking anything other than a PBF win are reaching looking for things that simply aren't there.
He's getting beat regardless. The question is whether he'll get stopped. He'll avoid that if he doesn't fight like a dumbass - which, to his credit, he will never do.
Canelo doesn't have to "attempt to be smart" he already is a smart adatable fighter, if he loses expect him Canelo to have some very impressive moments against Floyd. In addition, I'm willing to bet that if Canelo doesn't win he will atleast have the 'real blueprint' on Floyd. Ya'll were shocked he didnt get wooped by Trout but hate to admit it, expect this fight not to be a walk in the park for ya'll's favorite boxer Floyd.

Based on what? The Victoria Ortiz fight? Floyd isnt a wrecking machine...If anything, he is so good at the 1-2 punch down the middle, duck after he throws the right and move. If he gets hit, he holds, puts his elbows in his opponents chest or face, punches on the break then repeat the entire fight. FMJ UD12
