Absolutely not. It's pretty common in boxing circles to hear Garcia described like Bradley has been: good to very good at everything, great at none. It's appropriate. Matthysse has been winning decisively and demonstrating improved boxing skills in the process. The Pacquaio comparisons may be a bit overblown, but both of these guys are VERY good at their craft.
I think Garcia has better one punch power that Bradley, but in general, your point stands. Good to see you around, btw. :good
Thanks... glad to see one of the finest posters from my day is still around! I agree on the one punch power of Garcia's being better than Bradley's, which is a bit below par. We likely won't see that have much of an impact tonight since Matthysse reportedly has a granite chin.
It's natural to wonder when fighters are as lauded as they are; but they've earned their accolades, regardless of what happens tonight.
All fighters are overrated by some and underrated by others but make no mistake about it, this is THE BEST FIGHT @ 140!
As of right now, both are very good B fighters...nothing more, nothing less. Reading this and other boards though, you'd think guys like Matthyse and Golovkin are Elite...lol FYI...there's only a small handful of Elite Level fighters, and they're mostly American.
Garcia is average. The Argie is a ****ing OX hits like a mull to go along with a good chin. Lucas KO5 :bbb:bbb:bbb
