Khan has great accuraccy and speed, but Khan is an idiot. I mean, here's a guy with a glass jaw who drops his hands when he gets in range of Garcia's hooks. That is so stupid...so juvenille. Then, when Khan is hurt he goes on the attack! Again....stupid and juvenille.

Please, let's not consider Khan vs Mayweather until Khan learns the fundamentals at the very least.

 

people are always clamoring why FLoyd doesn't go for the kill against his opponents.

I can guarantee you this fight doesn't go past 7 or 8 rounds. FLoyd would knock him out in a brutal fashion and it would come from a counter hook. Even a counter lead shot would put Khan to the ground.

I like Khan as a fighter, he's fun to watch and is willing to fight anyone. But watching him against a club fighter in Julio DIaz who was knocking Khan around the ring in his hometown makes me think that Khan's best days are over and his chin really can't take any solid shots. His punch resistance is decreasing from fight to fight. Floyd would end his career.

All that speed isnt enough to beat Mayweather.

 

I like Khan and as a Brit am quite proud of him.But I think they're only talking about this cos Mayweather is talking of coming here and he's the only British boxer who'd take the fight.If it happened I could see it being a 3 or 4 round job .Similar ending to Garcia without the success for Amir.Absolutely no chance,I think he's in serious decline anyway and it would be a farewell performance for him in GB.Garcia would be a better fight for Floyd,but I wouldn't be betting on him either.Incidentally,has anything actually come of the rumour that Khan is fighting Alexander?

 

I usually laugh at the idea of Floyd KOing anyone but if a ***** were to predict
a KO here I would be in agreement.

He's probably saying against the crowd saying Khans speed would trouble Mayweather.

Khan is quick but Mayweather is still faster Mayweather is super bloody quick Khan is super quick but in a telegraphed you know what he's going to do and when type way.Not to mention mayweather can take a shot and Khan cant.

Khan is still just an amateur boxer with all those bad traits but with speed and decent power a notch above feather fisted, lets face it Khan doesn't have a history of knocking people out or being able to bang.

Mayweather ko's khan easy but the idea would be to beat the naysayers who say speed kills.

Khan doesn't have the ability to stick to a gameplan and do the boxing drills and read his opponent.

 

i think it's more about the money... money vs glass is a huge fight in UK (considering his huge following)... and with mayweather only having possibly 4 fights left this is one he wants to do... might as well cash out big... mayweatehr vs alexander certainly isn't going to do the numbers so everyhting has to make sense financially for floyd at this stage of his career.
