You are seriously delusional... Even the commentators said Danny was NEVER buzed by ANY of Lucas 200 power shots.

A good ref would not call that rabbit punch and shoving into the ropes a KD, FACT.

A good ref would break up and even penalize Garcia for excessive holding.

A good ref would have taken more then that 1 single point Garcia got detucted for low blows, which we all who saw it lost count

 

danny did exactly what i thought he would do...outclass matthysse. matthysse had his moments...but everytime he would, danny would come right back. i had danny winning 8-4. great fight.

 

thank u! great post. matthysse gave it up and gave danny his praise. danny did the same. i'm glad they're both real men and aren't like some of the pansy ass posters in here who refuse to give props where it is deserved.

 

But if you fairly take 1-2 more points away from the low-blows and don't count the bogus KD (half Matthysse body was through the ropes at the time) I think Matthysse did pretty good with one eye

 

i agree...but to danny's credit, a lot of those shots were on the boarder line and there were instances where matthysse pulled on danny's head causing the blows to go lower. the point deduction was on point....and obviously it didn't bother lucas because he went right back to fighting hard.

 

the eye was swollen by a punch and i agree...matthysse fought well with one eye.

the knockdown was legit. danny hurt him with a shot, then spun him into the ropes and landed a few more shots before lucas hit the canvas. it was a punch that caused that knock down...not a push.

as for the low blow that deserved a point deduction....it happened.

the rest of the 'low blows' were shots that were boarder line or strayed off of matthysses' elbows.

 

How you gonna get buzzed several times in a fight and get your mouthpiece flown two miles out your mouth if your outclassing your opponent?

 

I was impressed with Garcia, but if Angel wants to keep building his son confidence up to get more exprience, he shouldn't have Danny fight Mayweather just yet.

 

It was a punch but it was during the time he was tangled in and out of the ropes go watch for yourself ..and you can't be serious Matthysse was never hurt in this fight other then the low blows

 

Garcia clearly won.

 

And I counted 5 legit low blows so matthyse should have won if we're being fair :deal
