    The question has been answered.

He was accused of cheating, was issued with demands, and he said he wanted a cut off.

Nobody else had this issue in 2009.

Fast forward to today, and most people want to implement these tests.

Manny changed his stance last year, when he tried to make the Floyd fight.

    But Floyd wasn't interested.

Now Rios wants it, as well as many others, and Manny has changed his stance and is more open to it.

It's really not that hard to understand.

It's now quite common for these testing demands to be implemented in a contract.

    They're something else aren't they?

50 was best buddies with Floyd, and tried to make the fight.

He then came out and said that he couldn't help make it, because Floyd didn't want it.

Then all of a sudden, 50 was bitter and jealous of Floyd, and it was all made up.

That would be funny, if in fact I was a *******.

The truth is, I've never been a big fan.

I don't like how he celebrated the Oscar win, and I don't like how he beat Marg at a catchweight, to win the 154 belt, without any intentions of defending it.

I'm also convinced that Floyd would have beaten him had they met.

The weight wasn't a big issue, you're just looking at the figure attached to it.

Demanding that someone has to be OSDTested on the back of a rumour, is different from implementing a weight penalty.

    They're worlds apart.

Agreed Loudon, they are different demands..BUT they're still demands. I'm not sure about weight penalties but the request for increased testing has precedents. It's not like this was the first time it was ever conceived.

I really don't see why (somehow) requesting increased testing was seen as a negative.

Yes, because they thought that Floyd was wasting their time, at that point. But as I've now mentioned about 4 times, Arum met Floyd afterwards. So he obviously was interested, otherwise he wouldn't have met with him would he?

    There'd have been no point.

Why did Floyd refuse the 24 day cut off?

And why wasn't he happy last year, when Manny had agreed to what he'd always wanted?
