the guy got to a stage a long time ago where the people who hate him where never going to change their opinion of him whatever he did or whoever he beat, i guess its down to future generations to decide his p4p place, fact is when everyone on this site is long gone people will still talk about mayweather

Steve Bunce placed him on the radio yesterday at #6 GOAT. I do not like FMJr as a person and find his style boring. However there is no doubting his skills. He does fight opponents at the right time for him but heck who out of us wouldn't do the same? We would fight opponents when the best money was on offer or we thought we would have an easier nights work so i am not going to knowck FMJr for doing something the rest of us would. Even Sugar Ray Leoanrd admitted he came out of retirement to fight Haggler after Haggler told him about injuries and losing speed etc. Hows that not exactly the same as FMJr but because SRL fought Haggler / Duran / Hearns he's considered one of the GOAT and not a ducker.......He did exactly what FMJr has done.

The Alvarez fight was a complete mismatch. FMJr was too slick and made Alvarez a very very good fighter look ordinary and stupid in parts.

He fought Hatton at his peak, Mosley at his peak, De La Hoya at his peak, Castillo at his peak, Alvarez when everyone was shouting he was ducking as well as many more. Yes Cotto was not half the fighter he was when they fought and yes he picks the fights best for him but the fact is no one comes close to him. The guy is an arrogant, wife beating scumbag but he is one of the greatest of all time. If he was a nice guy and a peoples champ i dont think we would be having this conversation. He splits opinion.

Lots of hate and bitternes and hate in this thread.

Floyd is a clown but in boxing terms he's the man and guaranteed top 5 ATG when he retires. Deal with it.

Lol hatton wasnt exactly an a list fighter. Lol he got exposed a long time ago as a b level fighter. Hoya at his peak? Are u kidding me? Lol mosley at his peak? Both hoya and mosley reached their peak in early 2000. Fraud fought them late in their careers.

This really does nullify everything that you wrote. If you werent so long-winded, I would think you were joking. Now, it's just obvious that you know nothing.

whatever you do, Void's resume is severely lacking, it doesn't compare to other greats. Glorify him if you will, but still his resume have massive holes in it. He can't even beat Pac's top 5 best wins, which is his fellow ATG contemporary.
