It was actually both, but silly me for bothering to comment on a thread on someone like Haye which brings out a ****** like you to come and chat sh1t. 2011 is recent. And a cut over the left eye sustained in sparring while wearing a headguard and causing a fight to be postponed is pretty much the paradigm of relevant in this case. My point was to show that because it was Haye, some people are ready to jump in and believe it isn't possible to do, and therefore it must be planned like some WWE stunt, forgetting things like this have happened to other fighters. As you can see from my post stats and the length of time I've been a member on this board, I don't post unless I feel I'm adding something no one else has mentioned, and don't pretend to be an expert on boxing - most of the time I learn from reading others' posts on this forum. I can't be bothered with trolls and trolling, and if you think my post was irrelevant, your two replies were even less so.
sorry Adam Booth!!touchy...... i just dont see the point of saying boxer x,y or z got a cut once too?...the point is Haye is a constant let down ... The only real comparison between Haye and Ward is that they hardly ever fight
6 weeks for a 6 stitch cut to heal? I can tell you have never fought before. 2 weeks and it will be fine 6 stitches is a joke. Haye is a clown. Total disgrace to the sport.
Be surprised if we see Haye on Sky PPV again. His last two PPV fights stunk the joint out and now he cancels with one week to go. I imagine Sky have already spent a fair amount on advertising this fight. Money that the might not see again if Fury's camp stick to their word.
I know it won't happen but it would be great if they could get it on the Groves vs Froch card, thats worth ppv money and more.
Cannot believe I was silly enough to stand on a rotten turd twice and anyone on the same boat will not make the mistake again. People will look back on Haye's career and his legacy will be a money grabbing **** who ran away from Wlad with a bruised toe, the broken fingernail excuse for pulling the Charr fight and running away from Fury with another last minute pathetic self inflicted 'injury'. His fans have a new song - 'Aint no conning us now'
Well if you're a true fan **** like this doesn't change anything. Even though David let us down a couple of times he's still more exciting then anyone in the heavyweight divison. **** happens and I'm sure the fight will happen anyways just in a month or two
Booth and Hennessy working with sky and venue for new date says telegraph. Pete fury saying they moving on , **** knows whatagwan
