This is such bull. Floyd beat the champion at 147. Pounds which was Baldomir not Margarito. Floyd beat Mosley who destroyed Margarito. Floyd beat Marquez who stopped Pacquiao who beat Margarito bad. Case closed. Floyd would have put Margarito in hospital.

I thought this for a while but he goes , three questions

Is it true that Cotto outboxed Margo clearly for about six rounds but ran out of steam?

Is Floyd a better boxer than Cotto?

Has anyone ever seen Floyd tire in a fight?

I have often said that Floyd ducked Margo and I dont think he did , it just wasnt good business at the time.

Floyd via wide UD , where Margo is still running in for 12 rounds.

Dude, I don't know what's going on with you, but this latest Mayweather victory has sent you into a ridiculous tailspin.

Everything from claiming that Floyd didn't dominate Canelo (based on you seeing the last 4 rounds live and a replay) with some CJ Ross-esque scoring to now retroactively disputing Mayweather's Baldomir purse base on some wild arse speculative conversation you allegedly had with the Goosens.

I mean we all knew the whooping Floyd put on Marquez and the fact everyone believes that whooping happens at ANY weight and ANY point in their careers had you butthurt, but you've starting to sink to dodong-ish depths with this.

Respectfully, log off before you kill all your credibility.

Floyd automatically wins against anyone that he never fought in some fans minds. Its so easy to say oh floyd would have just boxed circles round him blah blah blah.

Imagine if there had been a 3 kd rule in the first pacquaio marquez fight and they had never fought again, you'd get laughed at for suggesting that marquez could have come Back and won nearly every single round after that one if it hadnt have been for the three knockdown rule. And arm chair experts could give u a hundred reasons why pacs style was all wrong for marquez and how pac would beat him 10 times out of 10.

I reckon floyd would have had a far tougher time with margarito back then than he had with canelo last week.

I think floyd would have taken Antonio Margarito to school and post fight margarito would have said i could not catch him he was to fast.

He may very well have done but we'll never know.

I remember thinking that forrest would take mayorga to school. Even after the first fight. But, i think your right, floyd probally would have boxed his head off but im just saying that you never really know.

Margarito has never beaten anyone close to Floyd's class. Too bad Arum didn't pay Floyd his worth. We would've already seen Floyd beat that pussies ass. Shane beat the living **** out of Margarito, lmao.

I lived the era my friend. I know which fighters avoided who.
Its that simple. Most of you here now were'nt even avid boxing cans back over 5 years ago.
I've been an avid boxing fan for over 30 years. Before the internet I bought boxing magazines and kept up with boxing that way. Etc.......

Baldomir was never an A leve type fighter to begin with.
A fighter with some skill that did'nt nothing great. Exactlly the type that fighters with physical gifts feast on.
Baldomir lucked into the undisputed welterweight title when he faced a mental midget that had no respect for the belts.
When you look up mental midget in a boxing dictionary, two photgraphs appear, Zab Zudah's and Victor Ortiz.
Both men that dont prepare mentally and in Judah's case even worse, he did'nt prepare himself even physically to defend his belts thinking Baldomir was nothing more than a club fighter.

Mayweather was supposed to face Judah after Judah disposed of the non-threat Baldomir. When Baldomir upset mental midget, there is'nt one person who wanted to see Mayweather fight Baldomir.
If you dont believe me read up on celebrities walking out of the arena as Mayweather boringly outboxed a fighter who was'nt a threat to him.

When Baldomir upset Judah, Mayweather was without a name opponent to face for his next fight as it was Judah who Mayweather was supposed to fight next.
Thats when Margarito called out Mayweather and Bob Arum made Mayweather an offer of 8 million, which at the time would have been by far Mayweather's biggest payday.

    Let me educate you son.
Mayweather was'nt going to make 8 million fighthing even Zab Judah had he not gotten upset by Baldomir.
But because Mayweather was looking bad in rejecting the 8 million offer from Arum to face Margarito, to save face, when Mayweather signed to fight Baldomir, Goosen and Mayweather were announcing Mayweather would be making 8 million to fight Baldomir.

What a load of crock. The number 8 million came out because that was Arum's offer for a fight that would attract even the casuals in a ppv event against Margarito who allready had fight exposure on HBO during that time.
The only exposure Baldomir had was the Judah fight nobody tuned in to watch.

You think Goosen would have paid Mayweather the biggest fight purse in his career to fight an opponent who's name nobody recognized?

If you believe that, you'll believe Mayweather will get guaranteed 42 million to fight Devon Alexander next. :nut
