Its common knowleadge Arum offered Mayweather 8 million and the offer still stood even after Mayweather beat Judah.
Mayweather and his team always had excuses, I think even at one point that cited Mayweather was injured and needed time off.

The version of Margarito that was around then would have anhiilated Hatton.

Its called styles bud! Barkley was just as tall and was physically stronger than Hearns. Plus Barkley could take a punch.

Alot of the characteristics Barkley possesed so did Margarito.

Had Hearns never fought Barkley, we would just assume that a B level Iran Barkley would be no match for an ATG like Hearns.

In the ring, Margarito is a fighter that would laugh at Mayweathers punches and keep applying the pressure he did vs the likes of Miguel Cotto, an undefeated fighter who finally took a knee and said, " no more!"



.....and btw, the excuse that Margarito was a plaster cheat is'nt valid.
While Mayweather was ducking Margarito, he had no clue Margarito could be a cheat.

Cheat or no cheat, it does'nt excuse Mayweather ducking as he had no knowleadge of such thing.

 

Cotto boxed circles around margarito during the first half of their first fight until he succumbed to the plaster pounding. We all know mayweather is leagues better than cotto when it comes to pure boxing and never tires due to his conditioning. That equates to a one-side clinic if ever the fights ever happened. The only reason Void ducked the fight was because of the "meager" $8 million offer that was chump change based on his standard of earnings......

1...One person that for sure feared Margarito could beat Floyd was Floyd himself. That's why he ran like a little virgin girl guide when Tony

2...Tony would walk through Floyds punches laughing at him as he did so. The fight would be similar to Tony-cotto 1 except I don't think Floyd would take a beating as long as Cotto did. He'd Quit earlier.

All that happened was Capetillo put used pads in the wraps instead of new ones. Why only he knows???? The wrap had been inspected, passed & signed off on by the CSAC Inspector don't forget.
