Turns 28 at the end of the month..

what's his next move? he has Lonsdale outright so can vacate that. Will he move to European & fight Bundu? or will he go through the famous WBO Intercontinental route?

apparently theses days fighters dont even have to prove there the best in thier county let alone country :bart ,
they are just down right adamant they deserve world title shots before even owning a british title

Needs to get a move on with his career and stop fighting domestic nobodies.

Bundu is 10 years older than Gavin, would be nice if he could fight him at the end of this year, beginning of next & then defend it a couple of times.

The WBO route won't really work as the champion is Tim Bradley who if he beats the **** drinking, roid taking, Marquez then i doubt he would be looking at Mandatory challengers.

As has been said before think we may see the best of him against better opponents.
Bundu maybe then within a year or so and no more start knocking on the door of world titles, can't see him being able to fight well into his 30's? but maybe wrong?

wow, already 28? He should step it up - sink or swim time for him really seems like he has been a prospect for ever.

He needs to move down, he has 0 power at the weight. If you think he can't make 140 you're mad. He has ***** tits and flab. He won't go much above domestic level (which isn't bad at all) unless he dedicates himself to lose weight.

He's doing great, looks a lot happier. He's done with British Level now,as he has already said, it's time to step into deeper waters of Euro level and up

Yeah Frankie looks like he could easily get down to 140. ( i also think that BJS could get down to 154)

    ***** tits wtf?

hes really pale which affects how ripped your body looks, and just because you can make a weight dont mean you can fight at it.

your also forgetting barnes is tricky as **** and awkward to fight, and southpaw v southpaw is never an exciting fight.

    Agree with this.

Barnes and other guys like Junior Witter are terrible style match-ups for Frankie and don't make for fan friendly fights either but they'll serve him well longterm.

Frankie is never going to be an exciting fighter, we just have to accept that and appreciate him for what he is which is a very gifted technical boxer who looks his best when countering aggression.

i imagine he will go the WBO route in so far as making it to high in the rankings and sitting on that ranking until the belt becomes vacnt or Bradley moves up in weight.

i think Bradley beats Marquez on points no matter how the fight goes. Marquez needs a ko.

Yeah good point... I imagine if Bradley wins he will fight Mayweather for the WBO & WBC belt and Mayweather will vacate the WBO because he loves the Green. Gavin will then be placed well in the WBO rankings after another couple of wins.

    Needs to step it up.

Just go for broke and put him in with Keith Thurman, if he managed to win would boost him to a whole new level.
