You never get your booking fees back on anything that's cancelled, including for gigs and shows.

25th January is good if Tyson Fury can get himself a tune-up a few weeks from now.

If the 25th of Jan is true, that would mean Haye won't have fought for the whole of 2013
and only fought twice in 3 years

Fury offering to fight Wilder on short notice. What a ledge. That's a risky fight to take on a whim.

You're forgetting the Dereck Chisora 'tripod and desperados' affair.
    The one in Berlin.
    Not the rematch in Luxembourg.

Considering Cunningham was a supposed walkover on the way to getting a bigger fight and he almost had Fury out of there, do you really think they are going to risk 5 million pounds by doing it again?, There is no way they are going to have an interim bout.

If you don't get booking fees back eventim have pocketed over half a million quid through 2 cancelled Haye shows this year. Surely that's not right? What have they done to earn that sort of money even if the events did go ahead? They must be absolutely rolling in it if they are making that kind of money for barely any work at all

nothing ledge about it, the time between fights is ridiculous in the first place, fighters should be fighting 2 defences a year for Champs and Contenders 3 AGAINST other Contenders...

he's in shape for Haye, so is Wilder so make that on the night instead, or another WORTHY Contender.

their high paid, supposed to be the best top athletes, make them ply their trade, no more of this artificial dross passed off as fighters/boxing.

    Ledge, my flippen arse. :patsch.

It's the PPV TV broadcasters who prevent the possibility of late-replacement.
No one (except the Klitschkos) is as bankable as Haye, so the show gets pulled.

If you want to be 'old school' about it, Haye should fight despite his cut.
Just like the guys in the 1930s used to do.

Can't criticize Fury too much, he wants to fight.
