BANKSTOWN boxer Billy "The Kid" Dib will meet Russian rival Evgeny Gradovich in the ring once more in a bid to reclaim the International Boxing Federation featherweight world championship in November.

Dib lost the belt to Gradovich at a match in Connecticut this year, but the rematch will take place on an even greater stage.
The featherweight bout will be on the under card of the World Boxing Organisation welterweight world championship bout between Manny Pacquaio and Brandon Rios in Macao, China, on November 23.
"For a kid from the suburbs to be on a stage this big is amazing, it's the best thing that could have happened," Dib's brother and manager Emaid Dib said.

Dib needs to put in the performance of his life, hopefully he learned from the first fight he needs to take more chances.

Will this bout be on the HBO televised undercard?

You would think it will be on whatever they show here on Main Event surely.
After the Oliver fight Dib is a marked man IMO. He needs to be very careful when working the body not to stray low.
That might discourage him from taking too many chaces with his body shots.
Hope he can win the rematch but Gradovich is the favourite to win this IMO.
    Hope Im wrong though.

I think he needs to go back to his old style to have a chance. He came forward too much and tried to trade blows with him which suited gradovich

Fantastic opportunity for Billy to get his title back. It'll be watched before a massive tv audience.

He'll win if Curtis Jackson greases the right palms, either to lock the judging or get a ref to 'play ball' and give Dib a "body shot" TKO stoppage when he returns to his old ways and 'plays ball' with Evgeny's gennies. :good

It's already been announced Todd Debouff announced it a few days ago. They could only get it on a ppv under card there's no way they it would headline a regular hbo card.

Yeah dibs chances of regaining his title are slim for a number of reasons. But fair play to him for getting straight back on the horse.

True no preferential treatment this time and if the Oliver fight is any indication he is in for a another loss IMO and his tendency to hit low is being closely monitored. That said good luck to him hope he can improve on his last showing and maybe cause a upset.

    Easy W for Gradovich.

And 12 boring rounds on a big PPV undercard.
