The minute the bell ring it was clear what his agenda was for the night. Constantly nut hugging Chavez Jr early and not giving Vera any credit and in generall being a biased SOB. It wasn't until half way through until he realized Vera wasn't going anywhere that he had to tone it down a bit.

I actually want them to fight because Andre Ward would without a doubt beat the snot out of that little punk and stop him but he needs to cut that **** out.

He may have exhibited some pro-JCC bias, but I don't recall him acting unprofessionally at all.

I want them to fight on PPV, have Ward whip Chavez's ass, and then have the card bomb. Seems like the most just outcome all around.

Frankly I wouldn't blame Andre for trying to hype up Chavez, it's the easiest big payday he'd ever get. Unfortunately, Chavez has become such a villain that Arum will still be able to make bank on Junior because people want to see him lose. He may not cash him out against Ward just yet.

He's looking for a big money scrap. :good

He breathed a huge sigh of relive when he found out the judges had envelopes full of cash.

this is wards biggest money fight he'll most likely ever get without leaving the USA (or CA for that matter). It also makes sense given the HUGE Mexican population in So. Cal. Ward would hardly break a sweat and rid us of Jr for good.

Didn't the real Son of God say "love of money is the root of all evil"?

Close, but it says "The love of money is a root of all kinds of evil." -1 timothy 6:10
I like Ward for the most part, but definitely can admit he was plenty biased. I can understand why... You want a fight with Chavez Jr., want a nice payday, and even though Chavez Jr. doesn't take training seriusly.. Seemed like a shoe in to knock out Vera eventually. Didn't happen though, and as somebody mentioned at least he kind of eased up once he saw Vera was there to stay.

It was Paul in his letter to Timothy. Explaining how all kinds of evil can overcome men when they stray from the faith.

It's become something of a lost tenet in American culture, as those passages describe our society to the letter. :-:)-:)-(

Cant fault Ward, he sees an opportunity to make the most amount of money fighting the least skilled boxer around his weight.

He's gonna fcuk Chavez up something horrendous, it'd be the worst mismatch in years and years. Chavez Jr's handlers won't allow that to happen, Andre would absolutely slice him up and end him.

When you're being paid to provide commentary on a fight and you are biased to one fighter hat is unprofessional.

The Chavez Jr. camp will avoid Ward like the plague. Mark my words.
