His bank balance and title collection shows progression. Calling our generations best fighters drills 'BS' dont wash really
His bank balance and title collection show that overall he's one of the best boxers there's ever been, however this give no validity to any specific aspects of his training. If you want to blindly follow without learning then go ahead, mate.
I was more highlighting your pompous attitude towards a probable atg. Given this, his training techniques are more than likely anything but BS. Even if he just uses it as a time filler in training or if he feels something may be 'a little amiss' as in routine, if he neglects it, itll serve a purpose i wld guess.
Again, if you just want to copy and follow people without question go ahead, I'm not like that. I would rather do training that serves a purpose not just "time fillers" as you put it. I also like to learn why I'm doing what has been advocated instead of being a blind follower but not everybody wants efficient training, obviously.
World champions dont do bs training. The two dont go hand in hand. Probably. Im not saying im right for sure, just playing percentages. Your claim of bs was nailin your colours a little early dont u think?
You don't believe this do you? Just because somebody is a world champion in a given sport does not mean their training is 100% efficient. Training 50 years ago is different to today. Why? Because we learn more and remove the time wasting bull****. There's top level boxers that still do long distance running every day which is a waste of time and energy yet there's plenty of people out there that will follow because of status. I'm just saying question whether something will benefit you before you blindly follow just because whoever doed it.
