He's always been that way though mate, a very bitter guy. He's bitter that Joe Calaghe, Mikkel Kessler and Andre Ward will always be ranked higher than him (although the funny thing is, Ward is also jealous of the fame and respect Carl gets in his own country, while still hardly any Americans give a **** about Andre outside Oakland)

You have to respect his fighting spirit (WARRIOR!!!) but as a person he seems to have the charisma of a brick wall and as you say is very very insecure about how people percieve him

 

I think your right BB but he used to be a bit more likeable with it imo, just think he's coming off really badly in the build up to this fight
