I want pacquiao to go out there and send a loud message. Ko in 5 rounds or less to start the hype rolling again. Pacquiao vs floyd 2014-15 still better than 90% of the fights available for floyd

That's exactly why they chose Rios. Pacquiao should KO him in 5 rounds.

Rios has never been down or out. Pacquiao in 5 up your bung hole!!!

This will be a tough brutal encounter. Rios is Mexican he is not slick.

He will dish it and take, not run like a slick. Rios is a hungry young LION.

This fight will probably wind up harder then I initially thought it would be for Pac. At first I was thinking it would be another David Diaz fight, but the truth is this fight could wind up being pretty brutal for the both of them.

Oh please. He's a face first, C class lightweight. Pacquiao should destroy him.

I'll bet you absolutely any amount you like he doesn't!
Only one winner here, and it ain't Rios.
Rios is pretty predictable, not particularly fast or devestating and most importantly has to fight on the front foot, Pac won't get confused like he does with JMM leading him into shots.
PAC will devestate Rios, within 4 in my opinion

Was immediately wondering the same thing.

I've heard from multiple interviews that he spars with 12's or 14's while his partners use 16's.

I agree that he's tailor made.

I do think that Pacquiao's WW power is overrated and that Rios does have an amazing chin so my pick is officially a Pacquiao wide UD. Like, 119-109 wide.

Well, dish and take while not running or being slick is pretty much all Pac has ever fought in his career and he's made an ATG one out of it...

If you want to have below average skills and credentials for the elite stage against Pac, than you better be slick and willing to "run," as casuals say.

    :deal
If Pac can take Rios's big punch and demolishes him, people will start hyping the mayweather-pacquiao fight.

if Rios bores forward in a craze like he usually does, then Pac should be able to give him a beating and stop him (if he isn't shot)

but if Rios looks to make Pac come to him, he could end up making Pac look bad again.

either way, i want to see where Pac is at this point.
