Cotto is'nt fast for a welter, he's got close to average speed, and his skill level is well below Marquez.

Not that Cotto does'nt have skill, I'd say he's as skilled as Pacquiao but without the speed and stamina.
Speed and stamina is what makes Pacquiao.

 

Yeah, these idiots and *****s who say there's no way Pac
can stop rios are nuts or DKSAB. Pac can land frequently
and sqaure on rios enough in a 12 round fight to KO him
2-3 times. If Pac's at even 85-90% of what he was prior
to the Marquez KO then he beats Bam Bam almost to death.
The ref needs to be there to help rios out. Mismatch IMO.

No one is saying that. Everyone pretty much agrees that this will be easy work for Pac, unless his jaw got shattered by JMM.

 

Manny always looked great in training but sometimes his performances in the ring were poor.
