    OMG, Here we go again the same argument over and over again. Please all you experts explain why some guys can hit and some guys can't

    If it's cos the vertebrata are not aligned then if they do get everything lined up then will a punchless wonder will become a powerhouse puncher.

    , you either are a puncher or you are not, simple. Work on your skills to compensate for your lack of power.

    , maybe cos his chin and vertebrata are not lined up, jeez give me a break. If I sound angry, or arguementive I am not it's the same old tired line from some trainers who are trying to impress newbies with there spiel. Don't worry about power if you don't have it work on skills.

    Posture and where the Head is in relation, to the Body, is the most fundamental and Basics in Sports. It gives the Body the correct Signals, to transport it, that is the Bodies prime job, it improves a understanding of the Senses, for movement, simple enough. :D.

    Dang, strawman arguments, you can't make up stuff like that, was that off the top of your cranial cavity? Which is connected to oscillating properties of the framus. Oh I forgot LOL

    To be fair, Dempsey comes across as an alright Guy, but with His opinion. Like all of us, I enjoy are little Run ins. :good.

    Scrap, I do enjoy our little run in's especially with virus and some of the others. Can't fool with an old dog, we been here too long.

    So there is something to think about. what is the thing that enables you to Punch, answer, The Floor. Punching is a Balancing act with the Floor, the thing nearest, and the thing father away from it Hold the Key. :D

    Plug in "How to Increase Punching Power" on youtube it is full of useful info for those who really want to know about punching harder.
