AP trained and lifted like a demon for this fight. Do you think he went out and orderd Carls Jr everynight after training? Genes motherfuker.
Fury was on a nutrition plan and high protein diet for the Haye camp and still looked like iron board. His diet was pretty much identical to Haye's.
Oh, I see u were in povetkin's camp and were recording everything he put in his mouth, and kept a training log for him...
Eating clean =/= eating at a caloric deficit U can get just as fat by eatin fruits as you could by eating cookies. I know fruits are healthier for ur internal organs because of the micronutrients they possess, but eat too many bananas and u WILL get fat. I know this is a hard concept for ppl to grasp, but believe me, it is the truth.
To lose the weight he did , he obviously created a calorie deficit in his diet. Thats not easy weight to lose thats been there for years. He was benching 315 pounds. Its simple logic. He could never have a body like Wlad and it has nothing to do with calorie's in-calorie's out.
it is possible to lose fat and be ripped, but it involves losing a hell of a lot weight, especially in the mid section and involves good food and plenty of cardio, not just weight training. the problem is when you lose that much fat at a short period of time to be ripped i.e. one month you become weaker. i think povetkin team wanted him to be at his natural weight, and be at his best, so he is still strong in the ring. to be muscular like bodybuilders etc, first you got to get rid of the fat, you go really low in weight as a result, then you build the weight back up by eating protein and good food. you cant add muscle and lose fat at the same time. you will either add muscle and have the same level of fat, or lose the fat which means you will go really low in weight and then after add the muscle but this takes time like 1 year. im talking about doing it without taking anything.
Well Tyson Fury is an alcoholic who binge eats thousands of calories of utter shiite food from time to time for a start.
Just cause you are fat doesn't mean you will always be fat. It's diet and training, but mostly diet. Here's an example of a fat powerlifter who dieted down: http://tinypic.com/r/2mzhbow/5 You can go from fat to ripped, but it takes time and a lot of dedication. For Povetkin to be the same body fat percentage as Wlad he'd have to lose so much weight, he'd end up a cruiserweight.
LOl was just about to say that, really isnt impressive at all. That said its no real indication of punching power I know guys that bench way more than that and punch like my grandma But bringing up the fact that he benches 315 to be impressive well sorry it isnt.
so one training camp will wipe out the fact hes usually terrible with his grub??no...once you let your body go..its hard to get it back..if any of the tubby heavyweights wanted to shed fat they would need to take about 12-15 months from the sport because losing weight while trying to fight is ****in stupid....true story
Well he's not a bodybuilder is he? Lifting the heavy weights make you slow. Tyson's later years doing weights left him slower than a wet week.
