The last couple of times Wlad came in 3-5 lbs under his established weight, the fights wound up being stinkers(Ibragimov?Haye). Hopefully this one does not follow suit. Wlad is back on HBO and making a career high payday in a high profile fight. The last thing Wlad needs at this stage is another uneventful decision.

How the opponents fight is a large factor but Wlad should try a bit harder to look good in these potentially career defining fights.

No surprise. when has Wlad ever come into a fight out of shape? He has one of the best work ethnics in the entire history of the HW division.

Must confess I've never watched that stinker of a fight back again, but IMHO Wlad was also a bit skittish even if Haye was falling around the ring like a drunken boxer.

Povetkin looks like Povetkin. He's never been ripped and he never will be.

    U heard me correct

Most health experts and fitness Models agree with me.

Classifying ppl as endomorph, ectomorphs, and mesomorphs is outdated and inaccurate, and most ppls body's vary little. Also 'fast' and 'slow' metabolisms don't really exist. It's more like big or small appetites

Genetics bro, they have like effects and ****. Fitness models use PEDs so you can transform your body to anyway you want if you use that ****. If you go the natural way, you are limited in some extent to what your genetic / physiological makeup is.

Metabolic rates are highly variable and the reasons largely come down to genetics. You can look it up, there have been studies done on this. And who are these "health experts" that agree with you? The hell are you talking about? The best example you could give was "people in internment camps look the same" - you can't be serious with this ****? If you starve people, of course they'll look similar after all their fat reserves have been depleted and they are near death.

To some peoples seems ridicolous, but an higher bf percentage strenghtens the chin. Believe it or not, i personally think it's true. Many fighters have been knoccked out or down in their lightest versions, that's true particularly for the lowest weight divisions, because they are the most weight drained.

    WUT WOT WAT ...

Dude seriously, you need to quit while you're ahead. I was actually giving you a chance until the metabolism statement. I assure you that metabolic rates vary wildly between ethnic groups (as a whole) and individuals within an ethnic group.

Wait he probably doesn't believe in any form of evolution or species adapting to their environment over a long period of time either. Don't waste your time

That's just pure laziness, there is no excuse to be above 10% bodyfat at this level.

And anyone mentioning that's just genetics or his body type never took even a passing class in nutrition nor human physiology.

You were doing so well with body types etc... but differences in metabolisms do must definitely exist I am afraid.
It is not as crazy as some people think but it is there.
