    Round 1

Masternak is landing jabs on the belt line and up on the bridge of Drozd's nose. Drozd is waving his left arm while stepping to his left, trying to time Masternak's jabs and punch with him. Masternak is keeping his gloves out a few inches from his mouth, fixed in place when not throwing in contrast with Drozd's busy hummingbird motions. Right to the body by Masternak.

    10-9 Masternak, close

Drozd did make Masternak shy with a double jab, but just got slightly outdone.

    Round 2

Masternak is pushing his jab from the outside while circling wide. Drozd is throwing overhand rights countering past the jab. Combinations by Drozd at mid-range, backing Masternak up. Drozd explodes in the final thirty seconds with accurate power shots after springing in off the balls of his feet. Masternak holds.

    10-9 Drozd

    19-19

Masternak isnt using much movement hes standing right in front of him all Grisha needs to do is work his combinations like he did at the end of the round.

    Masternak is cut extremely badly.

    This is probably over now.

Let's just hope they correctly rule it was from a punch (as it was) and make it a TKO2 instead of declaring a No Contest due to a phantom butt.

:yep ****, a year ago people were saying Masternak vs. Chakhkiev would be an upcoming mega-bout to determine the future best Cruiser in Europe...

Then in a few months, the Russian prospect got exposed by an old shopworn veteran Pole and now the Polish one might be getting exposed by a somewhat old and very inactive Russian vet.

The significant match could end up being Diablo vs. Drozd instead.

(with Masternak vs. Chakhkiev on the undercard as they look to rebuild without their zeroes)
