Ortiz vs someone who are #2 and #3 since Haye is tied up with Fury? :think

Chag has actually put himself quietly into position to do just that.

Hey hey hey, there is no reason for the regular and super champs to meet these days. :bart

Klitschko vs. Povetkin was a special case.

looks like right now it would be Ortiz vs Boytsov

    Caveat:

Boytsov is injured and Chagaev is currently #8 but obviously going to move up with his win last weekend. Mitchell is #4 he is going to go down because he just lost. #5 is Fres Oquendo :rofl:patsch

So, I have no issue with Chagaev moving up to #3 he is more crdible and accomplished more than those ahead of him. This is of course al depends if #1 Haye fights Fury instead of pulling out to fight for this vacant belt.

It is the ABC Orgs who knows what will happen for all we know they could make it Wilder (#6) vs Andy Ruiz Jr (#12)

Ortiz and Chagaev will fight but I won't be surprised if that belt ends up in the hands of Haye, Povetkin, or Adamek.

chagaev is a fat ass these days. wake me up when he beats someone in the top 10 or 15. i know everyone is clamoring for the fat chagaev vs 40 something year old Fres Oquendo. Guaranteed to be a slop fest and hopefully not even for a paper title like that because they are not worthy

Chagaev is going to have a very easy time with Ortiz. Ortiz has truly faced some horrible opposition, I don't know any of the names on his record aside from Bert Cooper, and Zack Page. I don't know how he has such a high ranking.

i cant believe the WBA still can have a "regular" champion, and "interim champion" and some kind of "super champion" . thats still ridiculous.
