Bruno was matched as he was because this country was crying out for a heavyweight hope, contender he also made himself Jarvis Astaire,Micky Duff very rich in the process leading to the fight at wembley against Witherspoon. They were aware of his limitations the sparring he had would of told them that at the time. Witherspoon walked away from wembley with the title & barely $60k.. Bruno walked away with close to a £1m he was matched how he was to make the most of what he had ability wise which was slightly underated IMO.The marketability side his team done wonders £ wise!:good
Good start for the kid. But lets get this straight now if he achieves what Bruno did he would have done well. Joshua obviously doesn't have the natural ability and skill of a Lewis but he is determined and has bags of self belief. Will this be enough?
if you are making predictions about his future already after one fight then you are a ****ing idiot that obviously knows nothing about boxing. the pro ranks are completely different to the amateur ranks. in the amateurs you are taught to get in get out before being caught, he will learn to get his body into his punches and the punches he was throwing the other night were already fairly vicious so imagine how hard and explosive he's punches will be when he puts his body into them. Joshua is a late starter and still has a lot to learn, it is a fresh start now he is in the pro game and he will train hard and learn quickly he has great potential, especially considering he has only been a boxer for a few years we will wait and see.
You must be an idiot for not being able to take on board other peoples opinions. Dont take peoples views so personally because they don't agree with you. Calm down sunshine.
just saying man, don't have a hissy fit coz i'm telling it how it is. but i'm telling the truth. you probable just can't read.
