I know autistic children who have trouble with speech, infact terrible speech but operate above their grade level and do things "normal" kids cant. Genius is relative.

If you dont think what he is doing in their isnt math then i dont know what to tell you. Its no different then throwing a football, shooting a basketball or hitting a golf ball. All that requires you to calculate angles/distance and speed in your brain to execute.

LOL you idiot. Clearly you have never been to school to be equating a sportsman to a mathematical genius. This is hideously useless of you. If you listen to Floyd talk, it should be clear that his IQ is low - securely below average. Same with Pacquiao. These are people who would never succeed in school, or in the business world, or (shockingly, apparently) the maths world lol. It's a shame and a sin that you cannot tell the difference between sports and academia.

A boxing genius? yes, absolutely. A person with an average IQ? No. Probably not even close.

Yes he is, people find him boring are people who can't appreciate true craft, A guy who was supposed to atleast give maywheater a hard fight got a boxing lesson. I don't see anyone beating him. If Manny does good agasint rios and his next fight i tihnk manny could be the guy that give mayweather some problems based on styles. But with FLoyd sr. in his corner, he barely if ever gets hit, so my prediction could very well be wrong, Either way Floyd wins agaisnt pac, only way pac has a chance is if he catches him with something right on the chin, His ring IQ is twice of opponents, his poise and demeanor when he fights is calm as cucumber.

explain IQ...like i said in an earlier post, i've worked with autistic children who have difficulties with speech but operate above their grade level and above kids considered "normal".

    Genius is all relative..

Great shooters in the NBA, baseball players, soccer players etc. Math is involved in that complicated math at that. They calculate angles, speed, distance, height etc and its all done with in a matter of seconds...what isnt genius about that?

Explain IQ?? What are you talking about; Psychology (supported by neurology) has already defined and explained what IQ measures for almost 100 years now. It measures your general intelligence. Not your boxing intelligence, or your social intelligence, it measures you general intelligence.

You thinking that NBA players calculate angles using complex mathematical models in seconds is seriously something of immensely heightened stupidity and naivety. A top NBA player cannot do complex maths faster than Einstein (who at least would need many minutes, much to your deep surprise Im sure), and the world's greatest mathematician cannot become a top NBA player. You dont even need a decent education to be able to perceive this; what is wrong with you? And autism has nothing to do with IQ, idiot. You work with autistic kids, but dont know what autism is. With respect, you are monumentally incapable.

First off with the IQ, which is a bull**** in the first place...If a test (IQ test) cant measure all forms of intelligence then what good is it? People's intelligence varies based on many things. And when you begin to try and measure intelligence you grossly underestimate and oversimplify the spectrum of human cognitive ability.

So if a person scores horribly on an IQ test does it mean they arent an intelligent person?

And how can you as a person determine anyone else's intelligence?

By Symphenyceo's logic, snails, frogs and goldfishes are mathematical geniuses because they can move and can time when to open their mouths to "execute" a feed. :rofl
