Don't be silly. Marquez knocked Pacman who has a solid chin down for the first time in almost a decade, then knocked him the **** out :deal Timothy Bradley was all over the place against Ruslan Provodnikov, I have no doubt Marquez has the power to do the same. Obviously Timmy won't be leaping into the punches like Pacman did, and Marquez might have some problems landing flush on Bradley. I think Timmy will have some early success in the first few rounds, then Marquez will adjust and find Timmy's chin more and more often. Resulting in either a late TKO, or Timmy being knocked down a few times and losing a wide UD. However if Roidquez lands a hailmary, or Bradley decides to trade punches, I can see a brutal KO.
I'm going with Bradley. Marquez enjoys it when a fighter comes to him. This is when you see the best of him with his counter-punching, uppercuts on the inside and what have you. He tends to have more trouble with the thoughtful boxer type. Bradley is pretty versatile. He's comfortable going forward and/or backward, though I would say he prefers being the aggressor. He's at his worst when up against aggressive volume punchers, but he has figured out slick fighters before (Witter, Alexander). Some have mentioned JMM's defense being key, but I don't think his defense is that great. He relies much more on timing and distance, gauging when to punch. His movement is nothing outstanding, especially not his head movement at this stage in his career. I don't envision Bradley having trouble finding him, it's just a question of can he avoid being caught coming in. I predict the first four rounds to be pretty tentative. Bradley won't want to be reckless, JMM will be JMM. When Bradley turns up the heat is when we will finally see some serious action. I expect Marquez to have some success initially, but more and more Bradley will level with him, and I think Bradley will take over down the stretch with solid boxing and fast combinations, while Marquez tires slightly and his movement is not as sharp. Bradley by Unanimous Decision.
Going with jmm! He looks roided up to the ****ing eyeballs baby! + he's a better boxer. Father time might catch him out though..,, Close but Bradley could is going to hospital again..
JMM still has never fought a real legit big strong guy and natural 140-147 pounder like TB. and it will show. Just because Provodnikov floored timmy, doesnt mean the former featherweight will be able to hurt him. you will see
Really looking forward to this fight Respect to Bradley for putting his 0 on the line against one seriously dangerous opponent... Honestly, I can't call this one. If I were to bet, I'd have to go for a close decision for... Bah, I can't choose. Just excited to watch it I do think it will go all the way, though!
Love this fight and find it a true 50/50 match up. I think JMM may be getting a bit too old to keep up with Bradley. Could go either way but I'd say Bradley by close decision.
