No American heavyweights today are as good as David Haye

Britain are just simply better than the yanks

 

No American heavyweight could even get Haye in a ring.

Nor could any Brit.

Or Ukranian, German or Martian.

lost a disgraceful near shutout decision to Wlad, where Haye fell to the ground repeatedly
beat journeyman Chisora who is only known for his out-of-the-ring antics

Haye beats a few near-40 year old fighters and one journeyman and is supposed to be something special?

 

I think the heavyweight division needs yanks back to become credible again. David Haye is not even in the same breath as a Spinks or Riddick Bowe. I even wouldn't put him past Michael Moore lol.

It was probably true two or three years ago but he's been inactive since and did himself no favours by pulling out of two fights this year and by not taking the fight to Wlad. Cant consider him better than any heavyweight at the moment since he hasn't had a fight in so long.

That said, its not so much his performance against Wlad that people cant forgive - after all, fighter talk **** all the time and fail to back it up in the ring - its that he gave a pathetic excuse for losing.

Chisora was getting closer to Scott ,and there was a punch landed put him over but I agree ,he was obviously taking a knee and looking clear. eyed at the ref, bizarre stoppage ,for a undefeated fighter to lose his zero like that must have been hard to take.looked bad on British boxing then the Ricky burns decision ,and quigg draw,
