Not sure if I would rate Ramirez higher than Cordoba. Crordoba has 3 loses 1 being to Poonsawat Kratingdaenggym by SD, a war with Bernard Dunne and obviously a loss to Rigondeaux. Other than that he has 2 draws against then WBA champion Volodymyr Sydorenko.
What fight were you watching? Ramirez himself admitted after the fight that he simply could not anything going and could not land anything of substance on the kid. Watch the fight again. Ramirez hit mainly arms, when he did in fact make contact.
