Who in the world has thought at any point in the past 3 years that Donaire was ducking Darchinyan, aside from the Darchinyan family? What in the world has Vic accomplished in that timespan to even be a duckable fighter?

As for the predictions, I predict this will be an uncompetitive fight.

i predict that the filipino fans will proclaim he is back...and that he will avoid rigondeaux and try his best never to utter his name again. he will change the subject or make some lame excuse not to rematch. also, i predict arum will protect him because he wants to cash in on the filipino fan ba$e. i can't say i blame him. not many are so easily duped.

The rematch would have taken sooner but Donaire had better opponents to fight. This wont be an easy fight for Donaire because Darchinyan has a very unorthodox style that is always hard to prepare for.

Darchinyan has fought a lot since then and has some great victories. Mijares, Arce, Guerrero to name a few and he destroyed Gallo in his last fight. This is not going to be an easy fight for Donaire because I sense Darchinyan will treat this as the fight of his career.

If Donaire fights Darchinyan like he did Rigo, I would pick Darchinyan, but I think Donaire will train for this fight. Donaire might do much better than expected because he has wanted this rematch for years. You never know in boxing. I think Donaire will beat Darchinyan, but it will be a war.........

Donaire has said after Darchinyan, his focus will be on fighting Rigondeaux again.

Since losing to Donaire, Darchiyan has never been knocked out again. Darchinyan is hard to knock out even for his come forward style.

How is it a joke fight? The first fight was exciting and this fight will be too.

the first one was exciting because darchinyan came in undefeated and donaire was a huge underdog.
But after he was KOed by Donaire, dropped and struggled against Filipino Z Gorres, beaten by Agbeko, Moreno, Mares & Yamanaka this fight is just to make Donaire look good..
