I dont think one person in this thread understands that youre supposed to pit Khan against other potential Floyd opponents, not Floyd himself! Floyd v Floyd is not an option, so its either Floyd v Khan, or Floyd v Garcia, or any other opponent who emerges from the december fights. Khan is the more compelling and challenging fight, easily.

A defensive counter-puncher works best with slow-plodding fighters (which make up all of Floyd's main wins) and work least best with speedy fighters - something thats been shown in boxing time and time again. Someone mentioned that Shamba Mitchell was a speedy fighter that Floyd fought, which shows you the calibre of speedy fighters that he's come across. But if everyone feels that the slow, plodding, sluggish feet of Garcia is the better option, then enjoy another 12 rounds of what Floyd's been doing his whole career.
