Man I can't stress it enough the wars have destroyed him. Hope he gets some easy fights and builds himself up and then cash out.

At this point alvarado vs rios 3 would not be a good idea unless rios gets battered against pac

Alvarado has taken way too much damage.

Alvarado-Rios 3 would actually make a lot of sense. Mike just got battered by Provo, and Rios will get battered by Pac.

I missed the fight. So, I take it Ruslan didn't get sent back to Friday Night Fights like Alvarado said he was gonna do.

I think the first Rios bout took the biggest chunk out of Mile High, whatever's left is just slowly being chipped away every fight. Ruslan took the next biggest chunk off though.

IMO the guy should take a break for a few months, have a come back fight to take it easy. The man has been in 3 HUGE WARS in the past 53 weeks. Then maybe do another fight with Rios.

Dude has no defense whatsoever. Running around is not boxing smartly. He looked like a wrestler trying to think of what to do while the Russian swarmed him and did so like a guy who has been boxing since he was a kid. Alvarado= a smaller version of Cintron. Started the game a little too late, but has done what he can with what he has.
