I'm really sold on this kid from ireland. I think it's time to
put him in with the top at 122. Rigo beats him for my $$
but will really have to work for it, likely getting dropped
    in the process.

He is the kind of fighter you look at and think "jesus, I wouldn't wanna fight this guy"

A very talented guy, a student of the Irish boxing game

Shames he's not from Ireland, he's from Northern Ireland which is an entirely different country.

But anyway, excellent boxer whose going to be the #1 guy in the division in a few years.

You need to learn some geography.

Belfast is the capital of NORTHERN Ireland. Part of the United Kingdom and an entirely separate country to Ireland.

Belfast is the largest city in Northern Ireland. Northern Ireland is part of the United Kingdom.

That said, if Frampton only wants to represent Northern Ireland or the Republic or both but doesn't want to represent the UK then I, personnally, would not claim him as a British fighter.

You seem to say that about every fighter from the UK or Ireland. Tough I dont know enough about Frampton to defend him on this issue. Where's your proof?

    Let me guess, an American?

On paper yeah, but the reality is somewhat more nuanced than to say its 'entirely' separate though

well what does UK stand for UNITED KINGDOM, and that means alot of countrys under one government, one rule. and its not like northen irland has always bin this. and if u do go to belfast, what do u think these people would say the are irish or english.
