I think I finally reached a good weight, and should try not to get lower than this. My girlfriend and my mom start saying to me that I'm becoming to thin, to skinny. And last time I run quite a bit and came back home to take a bath, went a bit dizzy lost my balance for a second leaned against the wall and blacked-out for what felt like a split second, to wake up on my knees with the beauty products in the bathroom all over the floor and in the bathtub. This was the first time in my life I fainted. Never knew I was capable of fainting out of heat & exhaustion. I'm thinking to start eat more and start to do some body-building, less running. I will try to make a thread later asking guys around see if they came with a decent response. Should I ask about that in the Boxing Training/Amateur Boxing category ?
I fainted two months ago. That **** is scary :scaredas: Never found out why I did either, by my Doc think it was most likely shock from a leg cramp while I slept, and then getting out of bed to early. Yeah, try and ask there.
After it happened I was thinking... So this is how a Knock-Out must be feeling like. It felt like nothing happened, and I got no memory or didn't even heard anything while all those small boxes of beauty products were falling around my bathroom. I lost the stiffness in my neck cuz I woke up with my chin on my chest, my mouth was dry and my breathing was irregular. I was wondering if my neighbors heard all the noise I made since it was a little past middle of the night.
:think Hehe. I just remember suddenly falling while being dizzy, and having a headache. and then there is a minute or so where I cant remember a thing. Then waking up laying on the floor of my room. Also found out that I hit my forehead on the doorknob apparently :huh Things even happened in slowmotion :think
