I wish people would not put mandys name along side Forrest & Winky even if they are trying to make a point.........Mosley will KO this imposter once & for all.

While Mosley is past prime it is still a good fight IMO. Of course he's here for the money $1 million for Mundine or 200k for Ortiz it's a no brainer for Shane.

Yo Tuck - "money is already in escrow" - all over the known world that aint twits or tweeters or what eva ya call it - I'm thinking Mosley takes this but if somehow Mundine gets the win - he may actually be a good next opponent for Canelo - Canelo could play the brother card - it would be an easy win for him and mundine would finally get a fight that got attention in the states and a decent US dollar (or peso) payday.

EDITED* - OOOPs Sorry Tuck I though the whole lot was in escrow just saw its only 300G

not going to happen and here's why :

there's no money in fighting mundine.
nobody knows him outside of Australia, not enough to get anybody's interests. the networks haven't picked him up, he's not active enough, and hes not good enough.

you're talking about mundine getting a prime opponent without having to earn it, and without increasing his international profile

sorry, but mundine has no idea how to get bigger fights
fighting mosley in Australia will change nothing

My 2 cents on it is that a win especially if it's a completely dominant win for Choc might get him a dance partner in the form of someone like Ishe Smith on someone's undercard or maybe even that fight with Austin Trout that he should have taken early last year when Austin would still fly out here for it.

Could be right - but the fight is being broadcast live on espn3 in the states - so they have a minor interest - I just think that canelo will want an easy win after that last loss - and he generates enough money on his own not to need a well known opponent - especially if the fight is in mexico.

I think it will be moot anyway as I predict a stoppage by Shane in round 6.

Mosley may be heading back to the US.

The tickets were not selling, they may not be able to pay him.

This Aussie forum is funny. Do you people ever watch fights from outside Australia? Geale isn't a renowned puncher but he isn't feather fisted. He put that pommy down with a body shot which shows he isn't just racking up points.

Some other tool said that Geale is ****. He went to Germany and won a world title. That is hard with the dodgy scoring that comes out of that country. He may not be the greatest middleweight but he is not ****.

Anyway, if this fight goes ahead, I do agree that Mosley's power could very easily spell lights out for China chin. Mundine will box but there is no way in hell that he can stop Shane. Bet on a Mundine ud or Mosley KO.

Sounds like Shane bailed - I'd better learn to bite my tongue (or maybe my fingers to stop me typing) - Here come the lawsuits I guess! Weird - for a moment I actually felt a bit sorry for Mundine but then reality kicked in.

Just heard Jeff Fenech on MMM that Mosley is going or gone and that Fenech has just done close $500000 as an investor to get Mosley out here.
