I have hired a personal trainer to help me and just completed my first 2 sessions. jab jab jab jab jab. and not just as a 'because im supposed to'. make ur jab a real punch. make it sting. practice doubling it. and make sure to pull it back quick. any new person (or expert for that matter) should have this as a priority. its not just a basics thing. champs are made with great jabs.
