Ricky is a UK legend and one our best fighters in recent years, but is his career hall of fame worthy?

2 Weight world champ, fought the 3 best fighters in his divisions, beat one lost to the others

Maybe he doesn't deserve it off his career alone, however if his Promotional and Training ventures prove fruitful then perhaps he will earn it off his overall services to boxing?

If Colin Hart is in the hall of fame then Ricky Hatton certainly deserves it.

Based on who is already in there, you can't really make much of a case for keeping him out

He would be hard to keep out based on popularity and ticket selling and that's why Gatti is in there (as well as a few wars obviously)

Hatton has some good wins, Tackie when he was decent, Paulie, Maussa when hed just bumped off Harris, Collazao and Urango and then hes best win over Kosta....

Did OK against a prime Mayweather before getting crushed by a prime Pac

A world class fighter who's gifts of great stamina and good chin with a ripping body attack were already fading as he got to world level. A lesson for all not to fight to long in the comfort zone KOing the linkes of Pederson, rios etc still takes work and takes it toll on the body and possibly mind. I think he will be in no question

Yes given some who are in it already, but TBH the HOF has let in to many fighters, they should have kept it to a much higher standard the fact that Gatti and the likes are in it takes its credability away somewhat really it should be only for true ATG like 3 or 4 from a decade would get in at most

Imo no but If Gatti is in then you can't argue that Hatton deserves a spot. I think they shot themselves in the foot by letting Gatti in because now any fighter who's had a few "wars" and has picked up a title will have a case of getting in. I like Gatti but no way is he a hof fighter.
