he was not green in any way shape or form and you have to be a true d*ckriding idiot to make that kind of comment. Just because he adjusted his style doesn't mean he was "green". What a dummy you are.

    Good question:

    May: 05, 06, 07, 12,

    Pac: 08, 09, 10, 11.

Ha! May is set to finish 13 on top, but wow, these two are monsters.

Yeah, this is a weird one.

In that 8 fight win streak he collected wins over Hamad(possibly career best performance), Morales, Tapia, and a past it but still respectable Kelley. He was regarded as #3 P4P in the world behind only Roy Jones and Hopkins. Though at this time, all three were interchangable for that top spot. It is an absolutely outstanding win. Only stoppage loss of his long career.

Even after the Pacman loss, he would complete the Morales Triology with a victory, and have a two reign as Super Feather Champion. He was only "past it" when Pac beat him again in 07, though still an elite world class fighter.

Your use of the word "green" is getting criticized but that's just semantics. I understand your usage of the term, and I'm sure they do as well.

Yeah, a fighter who had been in the pros for eight years and had won titles in two divisions was "green." Laughably stupid.

Also, after beating Hamed, most people thought Barrera lost to Morales in the rematch. he then went on a weird tour of great names who were either fighting well past their expiration date or way out of their best divisions. Sure it looks good when you look at boxrec but if you actually kept up with the sport then, you know that none of those guys were expected to seriously challenge Barrera at all. That said, it is a truly great win for Pacquiao.

I was going to respond this but than I got here....and you don't seem very mature at all. I'm not sure how you speak to people in the real world, but hurling insults that reek of insecurity isn't the best way to engage a conversation. When you act this way it says "I'm a big waste of time, don't bother responding to me"

This is a boxing forum. We're not in here talking about Nancy Grace...

Don't send a response like this (sounding like a baby) and then tell me about maturity. If you followed the sport back then, you would know what I'm talking about.

He didn't have a real response except for maybe "No, not true!" So he went the whiny route.

Tapia was old as hell when Barrera fought him and so was Morrales. none of these guys were prime and Manny was lucky to fight them when he did

Just put this troll Aztecas on ignore. It will save you time from reading his idiotic posts. TO put him on ignore just go to USER CP on the top left of the screen on an ESB page. On that screen in the left column just go to edit ignore list. put in his name and hit save. And bamm you wont have to deal with another troll on here.

Tapia was on the decline but that isn't a valid argument for Barrera being "past it" in 2003.

Morales was 26 when Barrera beat him and undefeated.

    Lucky to fight who?
