David Tua says he will step into the ring in his career-defining fight against Belarusian Alexander Ustinov on November 16 in the same shape he was in when he destroyed Shane Cameron in 2009, if not better.

His career defining fight was against Lewis. And he lost in a boring snoozefest. He should retire. He's old, fat and a fringe contender at this point.

    ummmmm no

  6. Tua is a joke .. even I would be embarrased to fight against him when I turn Pro in 2014. Wouldn't even waste my time for a sparring against him.

I suppose "great shape" and "career defining" are relative terms... :think

Tua has been done since 2003 basically when he couldn't beat a grossly out of shape Hasim Rahman who weighed in at like 265 for their fight.

Never understood the fascination with Tua he sparked Ruiz and was the reason Ruiz started using the "Jab & Grab" :rofl:patsch

Tua has been a complete non factor and he doesn't even have his power anymore.

I think Tua is one of the best to never have won a belt. He was better than guys like Ruiz, Povetkin
