Enrique Sanchez was washed up when Barrera fought him.

Well now you are deliberately misquoting me to insult me for something that I didn't say. :blood

I think we are done here.

In the past few posts you contradicted yourself so many times without explantation, its not surprising you decided to to take this route.

A lot of people thought he lost the last two bouts but both were close enough. There wasn't any robbery, that's for sure.

you blatantly tried to lie that out of all Barrera's fights no one knew about him as a great fighter until Hamed and the Amazing Sanchez

just because I exposed you for trying to pull a fast one you get huffy now :p

Barrera was never regarded top 5 P4P prior to 2001. This is a fact, not a lie, and for some reason you are misquoting that, zeroing in on Sanchez name, omiting Morales, and hurling insults that are accomplishing nothing.

You have yet to form a coherent opinion on Barrera's prime (first you said it ended in 01, than 99), so you best leave the analogies alone, and form a concrete opinion on the fighter at hand. As is, it seems like you are just shuffling goal posts.

No, he was cashing out when Guerrero fought him. That was the last fight of his career. He was already finished well before then.

It was pretty close. Morales could outbox barrera but he was too damned macho to do it

So you can't answer that question then? why are you placing such an importance on p4p rankings. I guess manny and mayweather are still prime because theyre still p4p

It was a good defense against a game 30 year old power punching southpaw who was still knocking guys out. I'm not sure where you are getting "Washed up" from, he was always just a good fighter in the mix, nothing more.

And it was a fantastic showcase for Barrera's skills inbetween star opponents. As a Barrera fan, I enjoy this one quite a bit.

Sancehz's career didn't slide untli he started bleeding out from headbutts every damn fight.
