If Floyd fights Pacquiao, people will say that Pacquiao was shot, if he fight Sergio, people will say Sergio is old, if he fight GGG, people will say GGG was a hypejob and not even in Floyd League, if he fight Bradley or Garcia, people will say they were never that impressive to begin with.

After defeating Canelo, a much younger and stronger fighter, people said that he was green and had no business in the ring with Floyd, despite being the Lineal Super Welterweight champion.

Can Floyd do any right at this point?

Floyd gets credit for his brilliance in the ring ,as fas as his opponents thats the issue .But that only effects his ranking all time doesn't mean he's not an Atg!

*****'s "Floyd haters" hate the guy so much that they will keep making excuses no matter WHO he fights, that is just the way it is.. Boxing trainers, fighters, media all respect what he has done,he does not need to prove to some stan anything..

At the end of the day, they will never give him credit as long as they are emotionally attached to the guy..So for the *****'s,the answer is no..What *****'s don't realize is they put him on a pedastal without even realizing it making ANY of his opponents "not worthy" so in essence they are giving him credit but don't realize it

Floyd should get credit for Corrales (despite him not achieving greatness afterwards), Hatton, and Canelo, if only because they had unblemished records with decent opposition on their resume.

move up to HW then beat both klitchkos and then fight king kong.then go to time machine and beat back to back armstrong, grebb, pepp,SRR,SRL,hearns, duran, hagler and after that move again up to HW and beat johnson, louis, marciano, liston, ali, frazier, foreman, holmes, tyson, lewis.after that haters COULD say floyd is ATG worthy, but even then it's debatable.because they could always be too green, washed up,had difficult cut,cat or dog have been dead before the fight.you know there is always some reason why floyd win's.because floyd is never anygood and only handpicks his opponents.

You know who you can break down into a single "career defining win?" Guys like Buster Douglas. Kelly Pavlik. James Braddock. Etc.

Great fighters have many defining wins. That's why they are great.
