HBO take a pass on froch's next fight

This is quite suprising as i remember groves fought in the marquez diaz bill and looked quite good. Pretty sure it was televised. Maybe hbo want him to fight someone relevant like ward or stevenson?

 

Also eddie passed on the crawford fight for burns.

HBO think that the Froch fight is a mismatch and that is why they are not showing it, it could well be but it could also be exciting.

 

Surprised that HBO arent interested...they carried the Kessler fight which generally entertained the yanks judging by the boards afterwards

 

Both were well known to the Yanks though, there will be plenty of Yanks who don't know or ain't interested in groves.

He understands why its not being shown in the US, its a British fight and he is making money of the PPV. How many UK vs UK fights have been shown life in the US?.

Showtime are exclusively Golden Boy - no international fights whatsoever anymore.

 

It'll be on Epix or Wealth TV in the States you'd presume.

 

Its on one of those pay to watch obline channels in america. So is brooks fight today.
